CCCCC Unveils New Logo, Reinforcing Climate Action Commitment

The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC) has introduced a new logo, while keeping its ongoing mission to strengthen the Caribbean's resilience to climate change.

The revamped logo reflects CCCCC's innovative stance in addressing climate issues. Danelle De Coteau-Campbell, Lead Communications Specialist at CCCCC, emphasized, “Our core mission remains unchanged. We are here to empower our member states through science-based, data-driven climate solutions, capacity building, and policy guidance. This new logo embodies our commitment to decisive action as we confront the region's most pressing environmental challenges.”

In his remarks, Dr. Kenrick Williams, Chair of the CCCCC Board of Directors, noted that the rebranding highlights the organization's ability to adapt and lead in the global climate arena. He added that the new visual identity represents a stronger and more vibrant institution, poised to inspire greater investment and collaboration from both regional and international partners.

Since its establishment, CCCCC has been instrumental in advancing resilience and reducing vulnerability in CARICOM countries. This rebranding comes at a critical time, as the urgency of addressing climate change continues to grow in the region.

Executive Director Colin Young, PhD, highlighted the organization's growth over its nineteen years of service. He pointed out that CCCCC has made considerable strides in enhancing the flow and accessibility of climate finance within the region. “We will continue to collaborate with regional institutions and our partners to fulfill our mandate and assist member states in mobilizing climate finance, ultimately improving the resilience of communities against climate change impacts,” he stated.

The unveiling of the new logo signifies more than just a new look; it marks a renewed commitment to CCCCC's vision of fostering a sustainable and resilient Caribbean for all its inhabitants.
