Four women in custody after breaking into woman's apartment to steal

On Monday, September 30th, 2024, a Colombian national filed a report detailing a distressing incident that occurred over the weekend.

She reported that while she was sleeping in her apartment, Damaris Camara arrived with three other women—Kathia Sandoval, Mariela Mejia, Damaris Camara, and Shelby Medina—and forcibly entered her room.

A confrontation resulted and the women damaged her iPhone.

Additionally, the group is accused of stealing various items totaling over $8,000 BZ in value. The stolen goods included an Ariana Grande perfume and a few pairs of sunglasses.

All four women are currently in police custody as authorities continue to investigate the incident.
